Uma Dietzel is a photographer and creative director based in Austin, Texas. She has studied Photography and Media Arts at St. Edward’s University since her sophomore year and has been able to expand their porfolio since.
In 2022, she joined the campus radio station, Topper Radio, and got their start in concert photography; which eventually inspired the ongoing documentary and zine project, SLUDGE.
For her Senior Thesis, Exploring the Uncanny, she develed into the concepts of horror, liminal spaces, and the uncanny valley.
